This training is a prerequisite for entry into GALP – SIGAS in Sines.

ISQ Academy is a recognized and authorized training entity by GALP to provide Safety Inductions for:

• Sines Refinery
• Alkylation
• SIGAS

At the end of the training, the participant will be able to understand the SIGAS unit, its functioning and specificities, and apply the safety, health, and environmental procedures currently in force at this facility.

All workers who work or intend to work at the SIGAS Unit in Sines.

Entry requirements:

• Ability to read and write in English.
• For real-time online training – a personal email address; computer, tablet, or smartphone and internet connection.

11:00 a.m. – 12:00 a.m.

This training will take place online in real time via Zoom.

Good practices in Online trainingn(mandatory)

• Each participant must connect from an individual computer with the camera on and the microphone operational throughout the entire session.
• Alternatively, a mobile phone may also be used, under the same conditions.
• A stable Internet connection is required, and participation should take place from an appropriate location, free from noise and distractions.
• The connection must be made at the scheduled start time.

Assessment and Final Certificate

To obtain the professional training certificate, the following requirements must be met:

• 100% attendance (2 hours of actual presence).
• Achieve a minimum score of 80% on the assessment test.
• Participants who do not have a video record for the entire course will not be certified.

This course is available in the following languages – Portuguese, English and Spanish, and can be organized at the client’s premises. Request a proposal!

The holding of this course depends on the number of registrations made and paid up to 5 working days before the scheduled date of the course. In case of withdrawal, a refund is only possible with 5 working days’ prior notice. If the minimum number of enrollments is not reached, the course will not take place. Registered participants will be notified (by email or phone) to attend a newly scheduled training date.
